By accessing and using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All content of the Website, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, sounds, user interfaces and computer code, as well as the selection and arrangement of such content, are fully owned by or licensed to Equinor ASA ("Equinor"). You acknowledge and agree that as between you and Equinor, Equinor holds all intellectual property rights in such content.
You are allowed to store extracts from the Website on your personal storage medium and to print copies of them for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are allowed to use and to distribute necessary minor extracts from the Website to provide direct linkage to the pages, or linkage by Internet search services.
Except as expressly permitted above or allowed under mandatory law, no part of the Website and none of its content may be adapted, modified, translated, copied, republished, reproduced or distributed in any way unless approved by Equinor in writing.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Website is at your own risk. The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Equinor does not guarantee that the Website or any content will be available, uninterrupted, error free, accurate, up to date or applicable to the circumstances of any particular case. Equinor will not accept any liability for any inaccuracies or omissions. Any decisions you make based on information contained in the Website are your sole responsibility.
Equinor cannot ensure that any files or other data you download from the Website will be free of viruses or other contamination or destructive features.
You hereby waive any claim against Equinor arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the Website or any of its content. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Equinor do not assume liability for any special, indirect, consequential or incidental costs, losses or damage, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise (including negligence) arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the Website or any of its content.
If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, Equinor is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the Website or any of its content, Equinor’s liability shall in no event exceed NOK 5,000.
The information contained on the Website does not constitute an offer of securities for sale in the United States, Brazil or elsewhere. It must not be treated as an invitation to enter into a contract with you.
Securities may not be offered or sold in the United States or in Brazil unless they are registered or exempt from registration. Any public offering of securities in this respect will be made by means of a prospectus that may be obtained from Equinor and that will contain detailed information about Equinor and management as well as financial statements.
With regard to the United States, we use certain terms in press releases and other materials posted on the Website such as “resources”, “high impact discovery”, “recoverable reserves”, “in place volumes”, and references to projections in relation to such that the SEC’s rules prohibit us from including in filings with the SEC. US investors are urged to consider closely the disclosures in our Annual Report on Form 20-F, SEC File No. 1-15200. This Report is available on our website at www.equinor.com. You can also obtain it from the SEC by calling 1-800-SEC-0330 or by logging onto the SEC website at www.SEC.gov.
The information included on the Website and other information provided from time to time through webcasts, conference calls, securities analyst meetings, road show presentations, investor conferences, newsletters and similar events and communications contains forward-looking statements that involve risks and uncertainties. In some cases, we use words such as “aim”, “ambition”, “anticipate”, “believe”, “continue”, “could”, “estimate”, “expect”, “intend”, “likely”, “objective”, “outlook”, “may”, “plan”, “schedule”, “seek”, “should”, “strategy”, “target”, “will”, “goal” and similar expressions to identify forward-looking statements. All statements other than statements of historical fact are forward-looking statements. Our actual results could differ materially from those anticipated in the forward-looking statements for many reasons, including the risks described in our Annual Report on Form 20-F.
These forward-looking statements reflect current views about future events and are, by their nature, subject to significant risks and uncertainties because they relate to events and depend on circumstances that will occur in the future. There are a number of factors that could cause actual results and developments to differ materially from those expressed or implied by these forward-looking statements, including those discussed in our Annual Report on Form 20-F.
Equinor expressly disclaims any undertaking to update or revise any forward-looking statements set forth herein to reflect events or circumstances after the date hereof, except as required by applicable law or regulation.

Your interactions with such third parties are governed by the third parties’ own terms of service and privacy policies, and any other similar, applicable terms.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Equinor reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time, without providing individual notice. All such changes will take immediate effect, and apply for your future use of the Website and its content.
Data Privacy

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Equinor shall have the right to seek injunctive and equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of this notice shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
